Make-ups are always permitted & encouraged at all locations.
Please call first (301-975-0099) to let us know which class you would like to attend
for a makeup, please do not just show up for a class without calling.

PARENTS ALWAYS WELCOME!
In many classes parents are required to attend with child. However at Funfit you are never phased out.Parents are welcome to join any class at Funfit at no additional charge, no matter what age the child is.
Funfit believes that by providing fun, family-inclusive fitness programming, we will help prevent and even reverse the ever-increasing problem of obesity among our children and families. Parents are our children's strongest role models, without "u" there is no F-U-N!
So don't be shy and spend an hour playing and exercising with your kids.

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING & NUTRITION FOR KIDS & FAMILIES!
Nowhere else can you get personal training for everyone in your family at the same time. We offer a personalized plan for your child or your whole family to get in shape while having loads of fun together. Moms and Dads, Grandparents too, are welcome to join in and enjoy personal training themselves
alongside their kids. Get the whole family in shape. Through our fun, non-competitive programming, children are excited to participate regardless of skills, abilities, gender or size. We will happily chart your child's progress throughout our program, while advising on nutrition and at home activities. Through this easy-to-participate and affordable program, all kids and families can build strong healthy bodies and strong healthy minds, while building their self-esteem and self-confidence. See how great your child will feel about themselves as they work in a positive atmosphere, with non-competitive activities, whole body conditioning and programming that works with all skill levels.

Check out ORGANICALLY GROWN GYM, our newestlifestyle class offerings for ALL Kids, plus Physical and Cognitive groups targeting social skills, developmental skills and benefits that will last your child a lifetime. Special Needs families are also invited to join any of our Funfit classes offered around the DC Metro area. Mainstreaming is a great way to build new bridges of acceptance for your family and others, as well as accelerating your child's progress.
All Funfit classes have been specially designed to incorporate special needs participants and offer them success and confidence building benefits as they participate. Funfit has over 25 years experience providing programming for Special Needs populations and have served the Maryland School for the Blind, United Cerebral Palsy, the Kennedy Krieger Institute, the Kennedy Institute of the Catholic Charities, Montgomery County Therapeutic Recreation Department, Montgomery College Challenge Program and more.
